At Gyan Ganga Pvt. Industrial Training Institute, we ensure a simple, transparent, and student-friendly admission process. Follow these steps to begin your journey towards skill development and technical education:

Step 1: Eligibility Check

  • Minimum Qualification:
    Candidates must have completed their 10th grade (under the 10+2 system) with Science & Maths.

  • Age Requirement:
    Candidates should be within the age group of 14-40 years.

Step 2: Application Form Submission

  • Visit our official website or the institute’s admission office to obtain the application form.

  • Fill out the application form with accurate details.

  • Submit the completed form along with necessary documents such as:

    • 10th grade mark sheet

    • Proof of age (Birth Certificate / Aadhar Card)

    • Passport-size photographs

    • Address proof (Electricity Bill, Aadhar, etc.)

Step 3: Entrance Test / Interview (If Applicable)

  • Some trades may require candidates to take an entrance test or interview as part of the selection process.

  • The test will assess your basic aptitude and technical interest.

Step 4: Document Verification

  • Once shortlisted, the institute will verify all submitted documents for authenticity.

Step 5: Fee Payment

  • Upon successful document verification, candidates will be required to pay the admission fees and course fees as per the institute’s fee structure.

Step 6: Confirmation of Admission

  • After fee payment, your admission will be confirmed, and you will receive a confirmation letter.

  • You will be assigned a batch and informed about the commencement of classes.

Step 7: Orientation Program

  • New students will attend an orientation session, where they will be introduced to the curriculum, faculty, and the facilities available at the institute.

  • Limited Seats: Admission is on a first-come, first-served basis, depending on availability of seats in each trade.

  • Scholarships & Financial Aid: Students can inquire about scholarships and financial aid options at the admission office.
